Fall Camporee
Friday - Sunday

The Fall Camporee will be held at the Chippewa Valley Music Festival grounds north of Cadott, WI.

Our theme this year will be on safety and we hope to provide you with an opportunity to meet with the people who provide you with Fire, Ambulance and Law Enforcement protection as well as the military.

The 264th Engineer Group will be providing the opening ceremony and presenting the colors. They will also be at one of the stations.

Current plans are on having 6 stations consisting of:

Showers and porta potties will be available. Fires are permitted as long as they are in a fire ring. You will be responsible for clean up of your site and removal of all burnt material.

The Chippewa Valley Music Festival property is located on County S west of State Highway 27.

FRIDAY

6:00pm Pre registration
6:30pm Set up camp
7:30pm SPL meeting
8:00pm Leader meeting
9:00pm visit another troop
10:00pm in campsite
11:00pm quiet time

SATURDAY

6:30am rise and shine
7:00am breakfast and clean up
8:00 - 8:30am registration
8:30 - 9:00am opening ceremony
9:00 - 9:45am safety station
10:00 - 10:45am safety station
11:00 - 11:45am safety station
11:45am lunch in camp site (invite a presenter) clean up
1:15 - 2:00pm safety station
2:15 - 3:00pm safety station
3:15 - 4:00pm safety station
4:00 - 5:30pm prepare supper - make a desert to share clean up
6:00 - 7:00pm desert sharing
7:30 - 9:30pm campfire & sing along - each troop have a song ready to share
9:30 - 10:30pm back in site - visit another troop
10:30pm back to individual site
11:00pm quiet time

SUNDAY

7:00 - 8:00am breakfast and clean up
8:30am church service - looking for a troop to volunteer
9:30am closing ceremony
10:00am clean up camping area and council fire area
11:00am depart for home

Safety stations will consist of law enforcement, military and fire units.
