Merit Badge Registration: 8:15AM to 8:55AM Morning Session: 9:00AM to 12:00PM Lunch: 12:00PM to 12:40PM Afternoon Session: 12:45PM to 3:45PM Cost: $3 per Scout for the day if paid in advance at the Council Service Center or $5 per Scout for the day if paid at the clinic site.
