NOTE: For summer camp, we don't have to worry as much about weight and bulk as we do on backpacking or canoe trips. Feel free to bring creature comforts such as a pillow or a chair, since you'll be there six days. You don't need a pad, however, since each bunk has a mattress. (Unless you plan to sleep in a tent for one of the overnight options.) Also, all your gear will be stored inside "tabins" (cabin walls with a tent top). Note that most meals will be in the dining hall, but troops cook on their own Wednesday, so Scouts still need eating gear.
