On September 13-15, 2002, Troop72.com of the Boy Scouts of America tried a new concept in camping. Newly-elected SPL Garrett decided to host a weekend of medieval madness.

Using their lashing skills, each patrol made a giant catapult. Then they used these in a water balloon war between the patrols. The boys were also under strict order not to make any "convenience food" on this campout, and a result, had some of the best dutch oven cooking to date!
