On March 16-18, 2012, the Scouts of
Troop72.com held their First Annual Ice Fishing campout. Unfortunately, the
weather wasn't exactly conducive to being out the ice -- record-setting warm temperatures rendered the ice
unsafe. We're talking highs near 80, and even the LOWS stayed around 60 degrees! We took advantage of the great
weather to do a 5-mile backpacking test trip, and slept under the stars!
