This air show was produced by the Chippewa Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and featured one of our own council's Eagle Scouts coming back as a performer! Jasper Arneberg, a 2012 graduate of Chi-Hi and an Eagle Scout from Troop 72, is the commander of the Wings of Blue parachute team from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, and parachuted in the Wisconsin flag both days of the show. He also spoke to all the assembled Scouts at the Saturday night campfire.
