On Monday, June 13, 2016,
the Scouts of
Troop72.com
took their second and final shake-down hike for their Philmont
trek. It wasn't an overnight on the trail, but most of them did
stay over at Arneberg Acres to get an early start heading up to
the Ice Age Trail, where they hiked a vigorous 12 miles with full
backpacking weight. After the hike, they all went to their normal
weekly troop meeting.
